Afterschool Clubs . Community Hubs
Participation in positive activities after school is particularly important for young people. Our After School provisions provides opportunities for young people to engage in fun, physically and recreational activities with opportunities to fill their day with positive experiences to develop personally with positive physical and mental well-being.
Late March of 2020, our practical support service was set up through the National Lottery Covid19 Emergency Fund to respond to the emergency needs and challenges brought by the pandemic. Our priority was to meet the immediate needs of families that have been forced into poverty and seeks to improve well-being for families in need. One year on, we have set up two locations where practical support can be accessed and have since processed more food parcels to support members of our community including our new Drop-in Support Services that sees over 65 people drop in weekly for practical and emotional support.
